I brought in my 2002 Mountaineer because I failed E check. Holly M. went above and beyond expectation. It took a few days to find the parts, but they did. They kindly gave me a loaner. They even took my vehicle to E check twice to get it to pass. Where have you ever heard of that type of service? Absolutely incredible. The best service I have had anywhere.

After receiving a message that the car would be set out for us to see I drove 30 miles one way and after 45 minutes and a cup of coffee the salesman said car was gone. Salesman said he was not on commission so it seemed to me that he could care less. At least he held the door open for us as we left. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
