The way everything was handled was superb. Had to schedule a rent a car with Enterprise and Diane took care of it for me. Just an excellent job all around with everyone. They all take the worry out of it with maintenance and repairs.
This last experience is how it should always be! Thanks to Alan Spitzer for showing customers how a business should be ❤ he was very helpful and I do believe his influence was the reason the service Department was so customer centered at the time of my repair.
Your service department needs work on customer service, and people skills. Shouldn’t have be reschedule an appointment for being 15 minutes late, especially when there already 2-3 hours wait time for service.
I dealt with Paul Gardiner and he was great. He kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle and was honest about anything pricing related...which can be rare when getting your car fixed at the dealer. He even supplied a loaner car, that I really enjoyed driving which made the experience a great one.
I didn’t catch the employees name but guy that took care of me at the service desk couldn’t have been anymore polite. I would come back based off the way he treated me alone. All seems well with my service so the mechanics did a great job as well. Hopefully you can thank these guys for me as I didn’t catch any names.
I left work about 3:30p, my car made a noise then it would not accelerate as it should. I drove to Spitzer, talked to Paul Gardinier about the problem. Within about 15-20 minutes he had my car set up to be checked out the next day, had a rental car arranged for me to use (l lived to far away for a shuttle) and I was on my way. Paul kept me informed on the status of my car and assured me I could use the rental until my car was ready (3 days due to having to order parts). Upon pick up of my car, it was as quick and easy as the drop off before. I was very satisfied with the service I received, especially since it was not on an appointment basis.
I knew what my bottom line with my trade and purchase of a new vehicle had to be. They worked hard and spent a lot of time with me to get me there. I wasn't sure if they could get me where I wanted to be but they stuck with it and now I am driving a new Colorado truck...
